How payment works, what happens to the money, and how to get a refund.
By Visa or Mastercard from any bank, through the FreedomPay payment service — the payment is processed on the service's side, and Edyoumate never sees or stores the card number. Or by bank transfer using the details on the payment screen — in that case a transfer receipt is needed, and an operator confirms the payment by hand, usually within a few minutes.
Card payments are processed by the FreedomPay payment service under the PCI DSS standard with 3-D Secure protection — card details are entered on the service's side and never reach or are stored by Edyoumate. A transfer receipt, when used, is reviewed by a human operator rather than an automated system — that is deliberate; see the Privacy Policy for why.

Write to support (address below) with the payment date and method. A request is reviewed within 10 business days at most, and the money returns to the card or account the payment came from. Grounds for a refund: a mistaken or duplicate payment, payment for the wrong run, or a report that could not be written due to the Provider's fault.
