The terms Edyoumate sells report access on. Paying for a run means you accept these terms.
Provider — the operator of the Edyoumate service (details are given below, under "Requisites"). Customer — the person who paid for a test run; usually a parent, while a schoolchild answers the questions. A "run" is one paid attempt to take the tests and receive a report. Once paid, a run counts as paid regardless of who actually enters the answers.
The Provider gives access to a two-part career-guidance test and a written report on the results, and the Customer pays for this service at the price shown on the payment screen. The report is a set of hypotheses to think about and discuss, not a diagnosis or a guarantee of admission or employment.
The agreement is considered concluded (the offer accepted) the moment the Customer confirms payment through any available method: a bank transfer with an uploaded receipt, or a card through the payment service. No separate signature or correspondence is required.
Edyoumate has no accounts or passwords. A run lives at a link with a unique key — whoever holds the link sees the report. This is not a limitation but the access method itself: there is nothing to lose or recover here except the link.
The current price is shown on the payment screen before payment — the Provider does not change it retroactively for a run already started. You can pay by transfer with an uploaded receipt (confirmed by an operator) or by Visa/Mastercard through the FreedomPay payment service. Payment methods and their availability are described on the "Payment" page.
Once payment is confirmed, the Customer gets access to the tests. The service is considered delivered the moment the report is written and opens at its link — usually within a few minutes of both tests being completed. The exact timing depends on when the person answering finishes the questions; access to the tests itself does not expire.
If a payment is confirmed by mistake, twice, for the wrong run, or the report could not be written due to the Provider's fault, the money is returned to the same account or card the payment came from. A refund request goes to support (address below) with the payment date and method. Review takes no more than 10 business days; crediting time depends on the Customer's bank.
The Provider must open access to the tests once payment is confirmed and write a report once both tests are completed. The Provider may reject a payment that a bank statement does not confirm (for example, the receipt does not match the amount or recipient) and state the reason so another one can be sent.
The Customer must pay for the service before the tests begin, and may receive the report, request a refund on the grounds in section 7, and request deletion of the run's data at any time — described on the "Data deletion" page.
The test questions, the scoring method and the report text belong to the Provider. The Customer and the person who answered own their own answers and the finished report — as a document they may use personally (for example, show a counsellor or a school), but not publish as their own product.
The Provider is not responsible for decisions made based on the report — these are hypotheses to test in practice, not professional advice. The Provider is not liable for a delay caused by a failure on the bank's or payment service's side, but undertakes to see the payment through to a result or refund it.
The agreement is in effect from payment until the report is received and any refund requests are closed. The Provider may change the text of this offer; a run already paid for is governed by the terms the Customer accepted at the time of payment. Disputes are resolved through support first, and failing agreement, under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Requisites are being finalised — they will appear here before card payment goes live.
