Deleting your data
We have no accounts, so there is nothing to close — only the test run itself and the report from it.
What exactly is deleted
The whole run: the intake form, the answers to both tests, the scenario choices, the finished report, the counsellor conversation and the uploaded receipt. Once deleted, the report link stops opening.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp and include the report link or the phone number you paid from. A parent may ask for a child's data to be removed — that is sufficient, no separate consent from the child is required.

We delete within one working day of confirming the request is yours. We do not require a separate confirmation.
What remains
- The payment record — tax accounting requires it, and it is kept without your answers or your report.
- Anonymised statistics: how many people took the test and which scales come up most. You cannot be found from them.
If you change your mind
Deletion is final: the report cannot be restored afterwards and we keep no copy. Save the PDF beforehand if you might need it.
